Personal Assistant to Directors/ Office Manager
Location: Rich Mix, Brick Lane, London.
Salary: £24k - £27k pro rata (dependent on experience)
Starting: 3rd May, 2011
Internship: 25 hours +/ week, initially 6 months
We are looking for a highly motivated, organised and experienced Personal Assistant to Directors with Office Manager responsibilities for a small but dynamic and fast moving team. If you are organised, primed with initiative and thrive on providing the crucial support needed in every small but growing business – from coffee making to organising board meetings – then this is for you. No job is unimportant and every day brings something new.
Job purpose:
- Providing PA support to Worn Again team
- General administrative and office duties
- Receptionist
Responsibilities include:
· Managing diaries and arranging meetings and travel
· Providing full secretarial support (including drafting letters/emails)
· Being the first point of contact for the office (mail, telephone, in person, e-mail etc) and acting as the receptionist
· Managing, improving and updating office information systems including contacts databases and paper files
· Proofreading press materials, company documents, reports
· Preparing for and attend occasional events
· Website management: with support, copywriting, editing and web site updates, newsletters
· Product orders: process orders for online sales, stock control, deal with customer enquiries
· Basic book keeping: dealing with petty cash, end of month accounts reconciliation
· Managing office supplies and stationary; keeping up to date inventory of office equipment & resources
· Managing the upkeep of the office e.g. ensuring it’s well organised, and tidy
· Assisting with project management on client work
· Organising deliveries, bikes, post office, running errands
· Carrying out other duties that are within the scope and spirit of the Office Manager role.
IT Skills:
IT Requisites:
Competent with Word, Excel, Photoshop and/or image editing software
IT Desirable:
Previous experience with: Shopify, Mailchimp, Dropbox
The ideal candidate will have:

· Minimum two years experience in responsibilities outlined above
